You can adopt Phil and Lil with this NEW Adoption Nursery!  Before you adopt, is your site kid-safe?  Will you link the twins back to my homepage at https://members.tripod.com/GiadaRugrat2/?  If no, then sorry but you can't adopt.  If yes, then go ahead.  Before you take Phil and Lil, please e-mail me so that I know who is adopting and the URL where they will live.  Make sure you'll take good care of them!
